For nearly century healthcare institutions in sub Saharan Africa and around the world have been waiting for patients and victims to reach their compounds when they are very severely ill, millions of the victims and diseased are left in the community until they become severely ill or sometimes they don't show up in the hospital because of poverty, violence or native barriers. The effect hits more vulnerable children and women, Their diseases, trauma, psychological torture and sense of loneness and loss of hope that cross throughout the victims, families and communities are not prevented and healed costing more lives and economy. Today this is still the practices for over 300 million Africans in many vulnerable communities in sub Saharan Africa which continues to experience healthcare inaccessibility and inequalities with high morbidity and mortality.
